Teens can live at Cocoon Complex until they turn 18 provided they follow the rules. Then we work with each youth on finding a plan that works for them such as moving into transitional housing, their own apartment, job corps, college, military etc.

There are three main rules:

1. No violent/aggressive behavior toward others or self.
2. No drugs or alcohol use.
3. No intimate relationships between residents.

The rest of the rules are there to make living in a community of 16 peers healthy, safe, and generally hassle-free. Some of these rules are eating dinner together, no swearing, and going to bed at 11pm Sun-Thurs and by 2 am Fri and Sat nights.
