What
We Do

Cocoon Complex provides long-term
transitional housing to teens, 15 - 17 years old. The Complex
is located in downtown Everett, WA. We have 20 beds available
in rooms with private bathrooms, a dining room, living room,
kitchen, and yard.
The friendly staff at the Complex try to make our residents feel at home. We
plan fun outings and activities, watch movies, play games, do arts projects,
talk to each other, listen to music
basically hang out. Staff are on shift
24 hours and are easy to talk to. We try to help residents in any way we can.
However, we have a few rules that
each resident must follow in order to stay at the Complex. |
Staying at the Complex is not totally free but the cost
is fairly minimal. Because Cocoon is a place we want you to call home
we ask you to invest a little something into it. For non-working youth 10 hours
of community service a month is to be done on site. For working youth the
cost per month is 30% of your income - which will be paid back to you when
you move out of the Complex.
For a short-term housing solution, Cocoon
Shelter may be the answer. For assistance in your town, the
Teen Advocates may be able to help.
