Outreach Center Open House Date Change!

 

Please join us on June 29th to celebrate the new Outreach Center from 10 am to 2 pm at our new location; 1421 Broadway in Everett.

The Cocoon House Outreach Center serves as a one-stop hub for at-risk and homeless youth to get the help they need from an Advocate or U-Turn Drop-In Center staff. Help like drug/alcohol treatment, hygiene products, access to WorkSource staff, warm meals, shower and laundry services, and access to any other resources they might need.

Most importantly the Outreach Center provides young adults a safe place to escape the harsh reality of street life, and just be a teen. Hope to see you there!

Emerging Youth Artists' Gallery, May 1 - May 29, 2013

 

Opening Reception: Wednesday May 1, 4-6pm

 

Beginning May 1 the Schack Art Center presents "Interpretations" in the Emerging Young Artists' Gallery. This exhibit will feature artwork created by youth residents of Cocoon House (local shelter for homeless and at-risk youths) in combination with artwork created by court involved youth at Denney Juvenile Justice Center.
