How We Support Families and Caregivers

  • Short Term Support for Families

    We provide access to a variety of immediate and short-term solutions and interventions.

    • Supportive consultation phone calls with trained staff to address immediate conflict.

    • Drop-In hours where families can stop by to gain access to resources, talk with staff and receive peer support.

    • Connection to resources for additional short and long term supports.

    • Services available in English and Spanish.

  • Interactive Skill Building

    • Way Out is an interactive 13 hour seminar that is designed to build trust and communication between teens and their caregiver(s).

    • Informational supportive sessions designed to increase parent and caregiver knowledge on issues that may be impacting their teen.

  • Family Case Management

    We provide in-home support to families in conflict and work to address factors that cause family instability within the home.

    • Provide up to 6 months of case management support for anyone in the family.

    • Youth and caregivers participate.

    • Work with any families located in Snohomish County

    • Provide resources and referrals as needed.

    • Services available in Spanish and English.
