  • YOUTH HOUSING

    AGES 12-17

    SAFE. SUPPORTIVE. YOUTH-CENTERED.
    We offer free, voluntary housing programs throughout Snohomish County in welcoming, inclusive environments designed specifically for teens. Whether youth need immediate shelter or longer-term support, our team is ready to meet young people where they are and help them take the next step.

  • YOUNG ADULT HOUSING

    AGES 18-24

    LONG-TERM HOUSING PROGRAMS AND REFERRAL SUPPORT.
    Our young adult housing programs offer more than shelter — providing safe spaces, supportive services, and tools for long-term stability. From onsite studio apartments at The HUB to scattered-site housing and emergency hotel placements, we help young adults secure and maintain housing with financial and case management support.

  • OUTREACH

    MEETING YOUTH WHERE THEY ARE

    At Cocoon House, our Outreach Program is designed to connect with youth and young adults up to the age of 24 experiencing homelessness or instability - wherever they may be. From street outreach to our U-Turn drop-in center, we’re here to provide safety, basic needs, connection, and access to the resources needed to build a stronger future.

  • FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

    SUPPORT IN NAVIGATING TEEN CHALLENGES

    Raising a teenager isn’t easy - and you don’t have to do it alone. At Cocoon House, we’re here to support parents, caregivers, and families who are facing challenges with their teens. Whether families are concerned about conflict at home, need parenting tools, or are worried their teen may leave, our Family Engagement Team is here to help.

  • EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT

    SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL, JOB TRAINING, AND EMPLOYMENT

    Education and employment readiness help youth build stability and independence. From finishing school and developing job skills to internships and work experience, we equip young people to pursue goals, overcome barriers, and achieve financial independence.

U-TURN DROP-IN CENTER

A low-barrier, youth-centered space in Everett

U-Turn is a safe, welcoming space open six days a week for youth and young adults up to age 24. Whether young people need a shower, a hot meal, or just a place to relax, U-Turn offers essential services in a judgment-free environment.

Our case management team works with youth to set and achieve goals related to housing, employment, education, and overall wellness. We walk beside young people as they navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and work toward stability.
